Conflict Resolution

As members of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, you are armed with some of the best tools, rules, and guidance available to assist you in your career. However, we do understand, that from time-to-time there may be conflict that arises. Rest assured, that your SREB Board of Directors is committed to hearing and resolving your conflict in a timely and professional way.

If you find yourself with an issue or conflict that the SREB Board of Directors should hear, we urge you to take a look at how the process works in the chart below, and fill in the form at the bottom of this page.

Please keep in mind, these issues are to be Non-RECO related issues only. We do not solve member to member conflict, and do not deal with issues regulated by RECO. If you are unsure if this is the case, we highly recommend consulting with your Broker of Record before starting the SREB Conflict Resolution process.
