We are hosting an information session for all members about the PropTx MLS® system. PropTx will demo their system, discuss governance and costs, and answer your questions. Your feedback is important to us, so we are hosting this session to give our members the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. This session is for information only.

Why are we hosting this session?
The SREB conducts ongoing due diligence in investigating available MLS® systems, trends, and availability through investigations and ongoing conversations with MLS® providers, such as our current Matrix platform offered by Corelogic. The MLS® system and linked products, such as a showing management system, are critical to your business as a Realtor®. The SREB is committed to ensuring our members have access to the best tools, technology, and data at the most competitive price. The Board of Directors has had many conversations and presentations with PropTx about their offering, and we feel a presentation to our members is the next step.

Who uses PropTx?
Many real estate boards in Ontario are currently using PropTx, such as the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the Central Lakes Association of Realtor®, and the Barrie and District Association of Realtors®.
The following boards have confirmed they will be joining PropTx: the Niagara Association of REALTORS®, the Ottawa Real Estate Board, the Cornwall & District Real Estate Board, the Renfrew County Real Estate Board and the Rideau-St. Lawrence Real Estate Board, the Kingston and Area Real Estate Board, and the London St. Thomas Association of REALTORS®. Several other real estate boards are in discussions with PropTx and doing research, just like the SREB.
