Ashley Sauve is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the real estate industry. She is serving as the CEO of the Sudbury Real Estate Board for the past four years. Ashley has brought a fresh perspective and innovative approach to the organization’s leadership.

Before taking on the role of CEO, Ashley built a successful career as a real estate Broker, gaining invaluable experience in the field. Her dedication and expertise led her to become the President of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, where she demonstrated her commitment to enhancing the real estate community in Sudbury.

Ashley’s influence extends beyond Sudbury, as she also served as a Director for the Ontario Real Estate Board, contributing her insights and vision to the broader real estate landscape in the province. Her peers and her community have recognized Ashley through various awards, such as the Jamie West Good Neighbour Award, Volunteer of the Year and Past Chair’s Award.

One of Ashley’s notable qualities is her passion for process improvement and her drive to streamline organizational functions while expanding services to benefit both members and clients. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident through her pursuit of the CAE (Certified Association Executive) course, where she aims to develop further her leadership skills, network with other industry leaders, and bring more innovation to the Sudbury Real Estate Board.
